Description
This episode of "Our Ohio: Profiles in Government" features the Legislative Service Commission. LSC was created by statute in 1953 to provide technical, research, and fiscal services to members of the Ohio General Assembly. LSC staff performs the following functions: Drafting Legislation, Providing Legal Review and Technical Services, Staffing Committees, Drafting Bill Analyses & Fiscal Statements, Preparing Resolutions and Letters of Commendation and Providing Library Services.
