It's no secret that Columbus City Schools have struggled for many years. The attendance scrubbing scandal of several years ago, continued poor grades on the statewide evaluations, the threat of a state takeover and an awkward 14-month long process to find a new superintendent after Dan Good's retirement have left voters, parents, the business community wondering what can be done.
