In the Ohio House of Representatives, House Bill 95 passed. Sponsored by Representative DeVitis, this bill prohibits a health insurer from establishing a fee schedule for dental providers for services not covered by any contract or provider agreement. Sponsored by Representatives Pelanda and Kunze, Amended Substitute House Bill 103 also passed. This bill designates the second week of March as Ohio Women's week for Policy & Entrepreneurship and creates the Ohio Women's Policy and Entrepreneurship Committee. Sponsored by Representatives Gonzales and Ginter, Substitute House Bill 18 passed. This bill prohibits manufactured home park operators, landlords, and neighborhood and condominium associations from prohibiting the display of service flags or U.S. flags
