Ohio Department of Veterans Services - Veterans Living History - Sandusky - John "Jack" Masek
Often we learn from the past from books, photos and videos - but some of the richest sources of history are living right among us.
Jack Masek was drafted to the US Army on July 1, 1941 and served as a Warrant Officer in thr Third Armored Division until the conclusion of World War II on December 15, 1945. He is interviewed by Brianna Burge of Sandusky High School.
