Ohio STEM Conference - Closing Address and Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship Announcement
Ohio Governor Ted Strickland's Closing Address includes an announcement about the Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship. Ohio, along with Indiana and Michigan, has been selected to participate in this program, which is designed to transform teacher preparation programs and bring new talent into the classroom. Additional comments are made by Chancellor Eric Fingerhut, Ohio Board of Regents; Ohio Superintendent of Public Instruction Deb Delisle; Arthur Levine, President, Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation; Dr. E. Gordon Gee, President, The Ohio State University; Dr. Eugene Sanders, Superintendent, Cleveland Metropolitan School District; and other Ohio education and business leaders.
