This week, the Department of Defense ended its eighteen-year "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy that has banned gays and lesbians from serving openly in the military. The policy has removed more than 13,000 men and women from the military over the years. We'll hear about how the military plans to implement the changes and we'll talk to a retired service member who was forced to hide his sexual orientation during his time at the military.
