purpose to obtain information and drive our work forward, on topics including Targeted
Alternatives to Prison (T-CAP); Community Control Violator caps and other relevant
statutory provisions. Invited guests include former Vice-Chair of the Commission, the
Honorable Reginald Routson and State Representative Bill Seitz.
