Statehouse Wedding Ceremony and Reception Rules

Those wishing to be married or hold their wedding reception on Capitol Square may reserve the space up to 365 days in advance with a deposit at the signing of a contract. The rules require couples to obtain an official Ohio wedding license with a state of Ohio officiator. The compliance of Statehouse administrative policies is also required.
