The Ohio Statehouse Recycles - Employees and visitors of the Ohio Statehouse working toward a better tomorrow

Employees and visitors of the Ohio Statehouse generate an enormous amount of waste – each individual contributing nearly six pounds a day. Recycling reduces disposal costs and saves energy and natural resources.

The Ohio Statehouse is proud to recycle. Recycling reciprocals for paper, glass, aluminum and plastic are located throughout the Capitol Square complex.

We hope that everyone will "pitch in" to continue to help make the People’s House environmentally friendly!
