Educational Technology Conference - 2007 : Journey Mapping

This methodology allows organizations to document their work/success systematically through internet-based software. The software also provides a user-friendly format for data capturing, sharing and reporting. One of its strengths is that it allows multiple sites and programs to work collaboratively through assessment and evaluation processes that include sharing stories and reflective practices.
