The first round of swearing in has begun - the House and Senate were sworn in on Monday. Next Monday, John Kasich will be sworn in, and it will be an open ceremony after all.
The November election brought big changes to the House and the governor's office, but the change isn't as dramatic in the Ohio Senate. The GOP already held the Senate, and the election strengthened its hold there. But Democrats say they still have a role to play.
