The man in charge of selling Ohio's alcohol has started developing the rules for selling recreational marijuana.
There's no word on when legal sales will start, but Jim Canepa says his three guiding principles are access, the effect legal weed has on the black market and making sure too many dispensaries don't concentrate in the same area.
Canepa also promised to have zero tolerance for packaging or advertising that might appeal to children.
Gov. DeWine recently reinforced Ohio's moratorium on the death penalty delaying another sentence by several years.
