Republican J.D. Vance and Democrat Tim Ryan faced off last week in their first of two debates as they vie to replace outgoing senator Rob Portman and will meet again on Monday night.
Both candidates have been sounding similar themes in the campaign as they chase voters in a state that picked, Donald Trump, by wide margins in 2016 and 2020. They differ however on key issues like abortion and the economy.
