All Sides with Ann Fisher

Description
Ohioans Against Corporate Bailouts yesterday announced that it would not file its petitions to repeal a state law intended, among other things, to bail out two nuclear power plants.

Monday was the deadline to submit the minimum 266,000 valid signatures.

Meanwhile, the anti-bailout group has sued in federal court, saying the office of Attorney General Dave Yost took too long to approve petition language, which reduced by nearly half the time available to collect signatures.

Today on All Sides with Ann Fisher: What the law does, why it's controversial and where opponents are headed next.

Guests:
Andy Chow, Ohio Public Radio Statehouse News Bureau reporter
Mary Anne Sharkey, Political Consultant, former Politics Editor at the Cleveland Plain Dealer
Gene Pierce, spokesman, Ohioans Against Corporate Bailouts
