Last week General Motors named Mary Barra their CEO. She's highly qualified, and has worked at the company for over 30 years, so her appointment shouldn't be much of a surprise. Except that she's a woman. This hour we'll discuss why it's still rare for a female to oversee a corporation, and whether young women are aiming for the boardroom at all.
