A new survey commissioned by Ohio State's Wexner Medical Center finds that 40% of Americans plan to defy medical advice and dine with 10 or more people on Thanksgiving.

Health experts say a safer plan is to gather together virtually, using platforms like Zoom and Google Hangout and other tech tools to help families be together but apart during a pandemic.
