President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris celebrated their historic win Saturday night in Wilmington, Delaware, as President Trump ramped up his legal defense and refused to concede.

Ohio cemented its status as a Republican stronghold, again delivering an eight-point margin for the president, and flipping more counties red in the process.
