Ohio jobless claims rose to nearly 700,000 in the last three weeks of reporting, as the coronavirus continues to inflict economic pain.
As Ohio's COVID-19 outlook improves, Gov. Mike DeWine said Thursday the state is working on a "fairly sophisticated plan" for a gradual return to normalcy, the details of which will be released "in the next week or so."
