State Rep. Michael Henne has introduced legislation backed by Gov. John Kasich that incorporates six changes to Ohio gun laws. These changes include a "red flag" law that would allow family members, guardians, or police to confiscate weapons from those showing warning signs of violent behavior.

Today, we'll also look at 'gag orders' on pharmacists, proposed wrongful imprisonment compensation changes, and the future of Ohio's medical marijuana dispensaries.
