The DNC's second day continued to highlight unity and the party's 2016 platform, as the Democrats prepare for the general election.
And a proposal altering the representation of Columbus' city council is coming up for a vote next week. Those fighting for a district system say an at-large process weakens overall representation, while those for the current system believe it keeps officials focused more on the problems of the whole community rather than single districts.
