All Sides with Ann Fisher

Description
As the U.S. continues to wage a trade war with China, the Trump Administration is turning its attention to trade policy with Mexico.

President Trump announced an updated trade agreement with Mexico on Monday. Soon after the announcement, Canada came to the negotiating table.

The tentative agreement updates policies for automakers looking to avoid tariffs. It calls for 75 percent of auto parts come from the U.S. and Mexico.

Today on All Sides, we discuss where the U.S. stands on trade with our neighbors to the north and south. Along with where we stand in our trade war with China.

Guest:
Erica Werner, Washington Post congressional policy reporter
Ian Sheldon, OSU Professor and Andersons Chair of Agricultural Marketing, Trade and Policy
Yvonne Lesicko, Vice President of public policy for Ohio Farm Bureau
Rea Hederman, Executive Director of the Economic Research Center and Vice President of policy at The Buckeye Institute.
