All Sides with Ann Fisher

Description
Exercise is often considered one of the best methods for improving mental health.

But when does too much exercise become detrimental? A recently released study published in Lancet Psychiatry says exercising three to five days a week for 30 to 60 minutes produces the best results.

Today on Wellness Wednesday, we discuss the links between exercising and mental health, our sleep needs, and more.

Guest:
Alex Hutchinson, science journalist with Outside Magazine, author, "Endure: Mind, Body, and the Curiously Elastic Limits of Human Performance"
Dr. Brandon Peters, board-certified neurologist and sleep physician, Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle
Dr. Hassan Mirbolouk, researcher at the Ciccarone Center for the Prevention of Heart Disease, and author of the study, Johns Hopkins Hospital.
