Course Description:

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to evolve, its integration into the judicial system raises complex ethical challenges. Participants in this live webinar will explore the intersection of AI and legal ethics in the courts, gaining critical insights into how AI will impact the legal profession now and into the future. In addition, the course will address access to justice issues, and how the public is likely to use the technology.

As a result of this webinar, participants will be able to:
• Identify the current most common AI being used in the legal profession and courts;
• Describe the influence AI will have on the legal profession, judicial officers, and attorneys; and
• Define the role of AI in shaping access to justice, with a focus on how it affects underserved populations.
