Description
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announces a new effort to fight the growing problem of prescription drug abuse and drug diversion taking place within Ohio's nursing homes and assisted living/residential care facilities. Attorney General DeWine discusses the detrimental effects drug diversion has on sick patients and stresses the opportunities available for investigative assistance.

Joining the Attorney General at the Rhodes State Office Tower are: Christy Haenszel, Special Agent Supervisor, Ohio Attorney General's Health Care Fraud Section; and 71-year-old victim Timothy Tyler.
