Governor Taft joins U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Ann Veneman in signing the Big Walnut Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program. The agreement allows for a $13 million state/federal conservation program in the Big Walnut watershed to protect the City of Columbus drinking water supply.
