Governor Bob Taft looks at some of the tools used in the injection molding process during a tour of the Delphi Connection Systems Precision Plastic Injection Molding Center in Vienna, Ohio, on Wednesday, June 9, 2004. The Governor attended the grand opening ceremony for the new facility which represents a $58 million investment for the company, and will retain 180 jobs in the Mahoning Valley area.
