Governor Taft celebrates the signing of House Bill 245, sponsored by state Representative Steve Reinhard (R-Bucyrus), which will expand ethanol consumption in state government. The Governor signed the bill at an event in Columbus with executives from General Motors and Kroger as they announced their commitment to increase ethanol availability and usage in Ohio on July 06, 2006.
