Governor Bob Taft, right, joins United States Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta, left, and other Cleveland, Ohio dignitaries in a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2004, for the $168.4 million Euclid Corridor Transportation Project. The state invested $70 million for this project and along with federal and local funds the project will improve transportation in Cleveland using state of the art buses and transit stations.
