Holocaust refugee Fran Greenberg and Holocaust liberator Col. Bill Miller were the featured speakers at the Governor's 36th Annual Holocaust Commemoration on May 25, 2016.

The ceremony was held at the Ohio Holocaust Memorial on the grounds of the Ohio Statehouse. A moment of silence was held to honor past Ohio Jewish Communities President Joyce Garver Keller.
