Ohio Governor Mike DeWine will signs two additional bills: Senate Bill 107, which allows certain entities to file campaign finance statements electronically, and House Bill 59, which designates April as "Ohio Native Plant Month." After the ceremonies, DeWine will hold a media availability to discuss the biennial operating budget, House Bill 166, which he signed earlier Thursday.
