In accordance with Ohio law, the Ballot Board will meet to review an initiative petition for a proposed constitutional amendment entitled "Raise the Wage Ohio" regarding Ohio's minimum wage. Under Ohio law, once the certification is received from the Attorney General, the Ballot Board has 10 days to determine whether the petition contains only one proposed constitutional amendment.
