Description
The Ohio Public Speaking Program was initiated in 1946 to serve as a teaching method for farm and home safety. Since then, this program as involved thousands of boys and girls in local, county, area, and statewide public speaking events.

Twenty four students were selected to compete in this year's competition at the Ohio State Fair.
