House members of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus (OLBC) will hold a news conference at the Statehouse to publicly declare the changes it would like to see the Ohio Senate make to House Bill (HB) 96, the state operating budget. The OLBC firmly believes HB 96 is a fiscally irresponsible $60 billion-plus state operating budget that fails to meet the most pressing needs of the Black community and must be improved on.
