State Reps. Thomas West (D-Canton) and Terrence Upchurch (D-Cleveland) unveil a concurrent resolution to declare a state of emergency on childhood trauma in Ohio.

This resolution seeks to increase awareness of the adverse experiences our children face every day and the dire impact that trauma can have in the long term.
