Description
Ohio Senate President Keith Faber held a press conference at the Ohio Statehouse to discuss the state budget process, the Senate's approach to several major initiatives in the budget, and internet cafe legislation.

Attorney General Mike DeWine, Director Thomas Charles from the Ohio Department of Public Safety, and Ron O'Brien, Franklin County Prosecutor joined Senator Faber for the discussion on banning Internet Cafes.

Senator Dave Burke and Senator Scott Oelslager joined Sen. Faber for the discussion on the state budget and Medicaid expansion. Sen. Faber announced that Medicaid expansion has been removed from the state budget so that it can be reviewed separately. Sen. Burke will lead a Medicaid reform task force.
