Ohio Legislative Black Caucus (OLBC) President Rep. Stephanie Howse (D-Cleveland) and other OLBC members will hold a press call TOMORROW, Tuesday, June 2 at 9 a.m. to discuss a resolution to declare racism a public health crisis in Ohio. The resolution echoes similar calls in Cleveland and Franklin County. If passed, it would be the first of its kind at the state level.

The call follows a weekend of protests throughout the state and around the country following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
