Governor Bob Taft looks on at just one of many products produced at Schaefer Equipment in Warren, Ohio, Friday, April 1, 2005. The Governor was there to tour the facility and hold a roundtable discussion with CEO Dave Rubino, company employees and local business leaders on how tax reform could help their companies become more competitive. Schaefer Equipment is the leading producer of forged brake components for the North American railroad industry. The company currently has 65 full-time employees.
