In the 13th Congressional District, the main issue is jobs and the economy. Most of the district's voters live in Summit and Lorain counties, both hard-hit by recession. So the election may turn on which candidate and which party voters think can help get the nation back on the right track. We'll spend the first half of the hour with Republican candidate Tom Ganley; later we'll talk with incumbent Democrat Betty Sutton.
