The Sound of Ideas

Description
Recent incidents of flash crowds of teens gathered in public places are causing so much concern in Northeast Ohio that the Cuyahoga County Sheriff has opened a tip line and elected leaders are seeking legislative solutions. On the next Sound of Ideas, we'll talk about the response to what some call a serious community problem, one with potential for violence, and what others call an over-reaction driven by fear and ignorance.

Ken Montlack, City Council Member, Cleveland Heights

Jack Davis, Police Captain, Cuyahoga Falls

Dan Flannery, Director, Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education, Case Western Reserve University

Stanley Miller, Executive Director, Cleveland Branch NAACP

Bob Reid, Sheriff, Cuyahoga County
