This week the RTA celebrates the fifth anniversary of the Health Line along Euclid Avenue,carrying 4.6 million people in 2012, a 3 percent increase from 2011. The RTA is working on several other projects. Demand for more mass transit is high, especially among young people moving back into the city. But RTA does have its challenges, mainly financial. How would you like to see transportation change?
