Description
Soldiers volunteer to put themselves into harm's way and the reality of war is that some of those soldiers come home harmed. Northeast Ohio researchers are doing cutting edge work to help these wounded warriors restore some of what they've lost. Science is developing revolutionary replacement limbs that mimic real arms and legs, and electrodes that bypass broken neural pathways in soldiers with spinal cord injuries, restoring function.

Dr. Clay Kelly, APT Center of Excellence, Stokes V.A. Medical Center

Dr. Robert Ruff, Department of Neurology, Stokes V.A. Medical Center
