The Sound of Ideas

Description
There's some good real estate news for a region battered by years of bad news : Home sales in Northeast Ohio's rose last year to their highest level in at least four years. And this year could be even better as interest rates stay low and demand remains high. There will be tighter lending restrictions, though. And sales and home prices still are not back to their pre-recession levels.

Guests:

Yuki Noguchi, Correspondent, National Public Radio

Tom Finnegan, President, First Merit Mortgage

Carl DeMusz, Chief executive officer of the Northern Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service

Joanne Zettl, Chairman of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors
