Description
Tightening the state budget was bound to cause pain but some taxpayers, particularly in wealthier school districts, howled at the deep cuts. Ohio legislators have responded by proposing to rein in some of Governor John Kasich's proposals. But superintendents say it's still not enough. Meanwhile, school tax levies dot local ballots Tuesday as Ohio communities continue to struggle to pay for schools.

Guests:

Joseph Regano, superintendent, Solon city schools

Robert Scott, superintendent, Avon Lake city schools

Rep. Nan Baker, R-Westlake
