Off shore wind power: hot air or the energy of the future? It's expensive. Getting permits is a slog. And you can't always count on a steady wind. But it shows great promise. Will off shore wind help meet the national goal of 20 percent of power coming from wind by 2030? Is that goal even attainable? And will there ever be an off shore wind farm on Lake Erie contributing to that 20 percent?
