Description
If a scientific study claims something is true, is it true? And if a science expert testifies in court, is that testimony unassailable? On Monday two legal experts contend that science is often manipulated to support positions in legal trials or debates over public health issues. Plus, we'll take a few minutes to speak with MIT lecturer and author Peter Senge about how to create a sustainable world.

Guests:

Paul Giannelli, Professor of Law, Case Western Reserve University and Author, "Scientific Evidence."

Wendy Wagner, Professor of Law, University of Texas and Author, "Bending Science: How Special Interests Corrupt Public Health Research"

Peter Senge, Author, "The Necessary Revolution" and Lecturer, Sloan School of Management, MIT
