Description
An eviction, even a claim that's dismissed, can taint prospective tenants for a lifetime. Still, very few petition the courts to have their evictions sealed. Plus, a look at how the University of Akron is helping students struggling to pay rent or buy food with emergency aid.

-Judge Ron O'Leary, Cleveland Housing Court

-Hazel Remesch, Supervising Attorney, The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland

-Réyna Pérez, Former SEFA Recipient and Postbaccalaureate Student, University of Akron

-Ali Doehring, Director of ZipAssist, University of Akron

-Allison Franco, Case Manager, Dean of Students Office, University of Akron
