Description
We often refer to our judicial system as singular.

In Ohio the system is not a single entity but rather a complex web of state and local systems with their own structures, guidelines and protocols. A push by the state's criminal sentencing commission and legal experts - including judges - aims to have Ohio create a unified data-driven system to make justice and sentencing more fair and responsive.

We discuss the idea of a statewide database with Appellate Judge Ray Headen and Supreme Court Associate Justice Michael Donnelly.

Plus, the Manufacturing Advocacy and Grown Network or MAGNET unveils its latest survey findings for Ohio and what it means for workers.

Guests:
Raymond Headen, Judge, Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals

Michael Donnelly, Justice, Supreme Court of Ohio

Sara Andrews, Director, Criminal Sentencing Commission

Ethan Karp, President, CEO, Manufacturing and Growth Advocacy Network (MAGNET)

Bill Koehler, CEO, Team NEO
