"Being a woman right now is uncomfortable." That's how an essay starts on the new blog "She Speaks," a platform for women to address issues of sexual harassment, sexism in the workplace and more under the shield of anonymity. On The Sound of Ideas, we'll discuss how the new blog on the site, She in the Cle, is giving local women a voice. And, we'll preview the 10th annual Cleveland Comedy fest and hear a conversation with Shaker Heights native and Hollywood comedian, Fred Willard.
