President Obama covered a lot of ground in his State of the Union address last night, speaking to the American people and a joint session of Congress. The people haven't been on his side of late -- his approval rating is at 43 percent. And neither has Congress: It failed to act on the initiatives he pushed in his last State of the Union speech.
