The U.S. Justice Department has a harsh critique of Cleveland police. Government findings say police consistently employ unconstitutional actions including excessive use of deadly force. Friday morning on The Sound of Ideas reporters roundtable we look at not only the results of the 18-month investigation, but what the city hopes to do to move forward.
